Hoarder Clean up

SERVPRO of Antioch is trained and certified in Hoarder Property cleanup. All too often, people experience tremendous life changing events that can start them down the road of hoarding or collecting. As it relates to this home, the owner had packed herself out of this house to the point that she could no longer get into the home. In fact, we were the first persons in this home in over 10 years. As we progressed in this job, we were instructed to find certain items that were on a list. We were able to clean this unit as well as find every item on the list for the family. You can see in this picture that there were valuables mixed in with refuse, a true sorting challenge.
