Drying Tile floor

Here is a shot from a house that had water damage from above.  the water got under the tile flooring slightly but not enough to really warrant pulling.  The substrate was concrete.  The homeowner really wanted to save the tile so we tented very low humidity heat over the tiles, slowly heating them and causing the moisture below them to combust. 

The E-Tes machine shown in this application is a Thermal Energy system that dries much the same way as a hair dryer works. The air is floated over the tiles and allowed to escape.
