Vanessa was the person that we worked with. She was very knowledgeable, nice and very easy to work with. She knew the problem and proceeded to correct it right away. 

We had a water leak in our kitchen and hallway and had to have some mold remediation and drywall removal. Vanessa came out quickly, inspected the job and came back the same day with a accurate and reasonable quote. She is very professional and great to work with. She sent out Jose the following day and he was friendly, knowledgeable, clean, neat and thorough. This is the second time we have used SERVPRO and are very happy with their service and their pricing. If there were more stars to rate the company I would. They are all stars themselves. From the tremendously fast service to the professionals that communicate what to expect and when to expect things to be done. They packed up every little thing I had in three rooms and stored everything in their warehouses. It has been over four months since the first discovery of water damage and whatever my needs are, they fulfill them.
